- Bathrooms are for all occupants of the Park. We are a self contained park, so there is a $2.00 fee per person for showers.
- The Lobby has TV w/ sitting area, card tables, and a Pool Table for occupants of the Park
- The Pavilion is available to all occupants of the Park for picnics or cookouts, Birthday Parties, etc., at no charge, as long as it does not conflict with activities already scheduled by the Park or other occupants. They must also be cleaned by the parties using them upon completion.
- We have coin operated washing machines and dryers available for occupants of the Park.
- New park with horse shoe pit, washers, and cabana with tables and gas fire pit.
